The objective of this vertical is to deliver the designed solutions to the client, using the proprietary model (ATAC) of Fourth Quadrant. The median profile of a consultant with Fourth Quadrant is more than 6 years’ experience in Functional Roles, followed by experience in consulting, coaching and training. These Performance Consultants are certified in Fourth Quadrant Methodology and Content for Delivery.

 

Client Experience Consulting:

There is no Sales / Business Development Team in Fourth Quadrant. We

strongly believe that a strong client experience leads to a successful & profitable business for us. The Client Experience Team comes with a median profile of 6 years’ experience in solutioning and servicing clients. These professionals are endorsed on the Need Analysis and Client Management Processes of Fourth Quadrant.

 

Services and Support:

This is the backbone of Client Engagement Delivery for the organizations. The team comprises of professionals who come from administration background with an average of 5 years in process management. These professionals are certified in their respective domains and operations process of Fourth Quadrant.
